Shipping Methods Used

1. Small Parcel: UPS / FedEx / USPS

These are typically shipments of smaller or boxed items that weigh under 60 lbs and measuring under 60 inches in length. These carriers can deliver to a business or residential location, but not to a PO box.

2. Freight Carriers: Truck Load (TL) / Less Than Truck Load (LTL)

Freight shipments are designed for bulk shipments or anything that does not meet the standards of "Small Parcel" methods. These are items are shipped on pallets or crated. Carrier rates are based on customers having a loading dock or fork lift for unloading product(s).

Additional Service Request(s): Lift Gate, Delivery Appointment, Convention Center / Expo Hall, Residential, Limited Access, etc.

Potential Fee's Assessed: Additional Service Requested Upon Delivery (Listed Above) / Incorrect Address / Change of Address / Storage Fees By Carrier (Customer not able to accept delivery) / not limited to the list shown (more details can be given based on carrier(s) selected and rules).
